GA4sense is a web-based platform that provides Google Analytics 4 (GA4) auditing and analysis services, including:

  • Automated GA4 property audits and health checks
  • AI-powered insights and recommendations
  • Interactive data visualizations and reports
  • Report sharing and PDF export capabilities
  • Multi-language support and analytics

3. User Accounts and Authentication

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use our Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GA4sense only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share or distribute audit reports containing sensitive or confidential information without proper authorization

5. Data and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your Google Analytics data
  • You grant us permission to access your GA4 data solely to provide our auditing services
  • We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to audit GA4 properties
  • We do not store your raw GA4 data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

6. Intellectual Property

  • GA4sense and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service
  • Our AI-generated insights and recommendations are provided as-is and for informational purposes
  • You may use audit reports generated by our Service for your business purposes

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription Plans: We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Expert, Ultimate) with different monthly quotas and features
  • Monthly Quota: Each plan includes a specific number of reports per month, covering audit reports, insight reports, chatbot sessions, scheduled emails, and PPT generation
  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Billing occurs on the same day each month as your initial subscription date
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Quota Reset: Monthly quotas reset on the 1st day of each month at midnight UTC
  • Unused Quota: Unused quota does not roll over to the next month

8. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
  • Downgrades: You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused quota

9. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect service availability
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (Google APIs, internet connectivity, etc.)
  • Service features and functionality may change over time

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of audit results
  • AI-generated insights are suggestions and should be validated by qualified professionals
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on our audit reports
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GA4sense from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Unauthorized access to GA4 properties

12. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
